MAPAH Titleholder Obligations

FOR MID-ATLANTIC PUPPY & HANDLER TITLEHOLDERS

1.) The Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler titleholders are expected to represent the Mid-Atlantic pup & handler community both throughout the region and beyond. You are expected to act and conduct yourselves in a manner that reflects positively on both yourself and the community you have been chosen to represent.

2.) The Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler title holders MUST host a combined total of two (2) fundraisers during their title years. These may be hosted individually or in tandem. 1 for a charity of the titleholders choosing, and the 2nd for the travel fund of the titleholder that follows them. Funds raised through additional events or activities will remain with the titleholder(s) as part of their travel fund.

3.) The Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler titleholders MUST return to the Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler contest the following year to step-aside for their respective successors.

4.) The Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler titleholders are strongly encouraged to attend as many MAKK-sponsored events as possible during the course of their title year.

5.) The Mid-Atlantic Puppy & Handler titleholders are strongly discouraged from competing in any other contests during their title year, as this would likely conflict with their responsibilities and obligations to MA-PAH.
Competing at the International level at IPC or IPTC is of course the exception.
